Some of the flowers you can expect to see in your arrangements:

Lisianthus, Dahlia, Zinnia, Snapdragons, Delphinium, Scabiosa, Cosmos, Celosia, Statice, Gomphrena, Amaranth, Eucalyptus, Fever Few.

Arrangements get picked up at the farm the day before or the morning of the event.
